1. How can I book the service?
You can make your booking in our lawwa.asia apps.
2. Can I re-schedule my appointment?
Appointment can only be re-schedule 3 days before the date of appointment. For confinement care services, customer can only change the package 7 days before the date of appointment. Customer will be charged for additional fee after 2 times of re-schedule (tu tak perlu buat edition. boleh tukarkan pergi original sentence dia take).
3. What is Lawwa.Asia cancellation policy?
We do not accept any cancellation; however, you can re-schedule your appointment to another date.
4. How do I make payment?
Payment shall be completed upon booking through online payment. Your booking will be automatically registered in our system upon payment.
5. Can I request PBTLA from my previous services or someone I like?
You may be entitled for the same PBTLA only for packages 3 days and above.
6. Does Lawwa.Asia follow Covid-19 SOPs?
Do not worry, our PBTLA are fully vaccinated and equipped with complete PPE (face mask, face shield, and glove) for customer safety.
7. I’m Covid-19 positive during my appointment, what will happen to my booking?
We will schedule your appointment to desired date and time after your recovery. Kindly show your medical record or Covid-19 test result to us as a prove.
8. Are your products suitable for me?
Our products are made of high-quality ingredients. We will select the best products for you according to your Health Analysis Form results.
9. I have specific medical illness; can I book the services?
We recommend you to consult your doctor first regarding your health condition before proceed with the treatments. Please let us know your concerns in Health Analysis Form provided.
10. Are treatments suitable for pregnant woman?
Treatments involving baths, wraps, and massages should not be performed for pregnant women. We advise you to consult your doctor before ordering facials, and manicures & foot treatments.
